Qualified counsellor, ACA Level 2 member, and someone who genuinely cares about your wellbeing.
I am a qualified counsellor with a Master of Counselling and ACA Level 2 membership, with over 5 years of experience working within the mental health sector supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges.
Throughout my career, I have worked with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and significant life transitions. I also have experience supporting clients presenting with complex and layered challenges, where emotional, social, and environmental factors intersect.
My work has included one-on-one counselling, intake and risk assessments, supporting clients in acute distress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, coordinated, and client-centred care. I am experienced in working with both young people and adults, and in supporting clients who may feel hesitant, overwhelmed, or unsure about engaging in counselling.
I work from a trauma-informed and person-centred framework, with a strong focus on emotional safety, trust, and collaboration. My approach is grounded in meeting clients where they are, working at their pace, and supporting them to make sense of their experiences in a way that feels safe and manageable.
Clients often describe my approach as calm, supportive, and steady, helping them feel more grounded as they explore difficult emotions and life experiences. I place importance on creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and free from judgement.
I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their story, understand their patterns, and reconnect with their strengths. Together, we can work toward building insight, emotional resilience, and practical strategies that support lasting change in everyday life.
Above all, I see counselling as a collaborative process where your voice, values, and goals guide the direction of our work together.
My approach is practical and tailored to your individual needs. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters most.
All sessions are conducted via secure online video call, so you can access support from wherever you feel most comfortable. Whether that’s home, your car, or anywhere private. Sessions are available for adults and young people aged 16–18.
There’s no pressure, no judgement, and no one-size-fits-all approach. We go at your pace, working on what matters most to you.
I bring a warm, person-centred approach to my work, and genuinely care about each person feeling heard, understood, and supported to make the changes that matter to them.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy creative pursuits like art and craft, and find that music is a great way to unwind and reflect.
I also love catching up with friends and finding new places to eat. Good food and good company are hard to beat.
